We are looking for a proactive and experienced Event Executive to manage and deliver corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, and brand activations from concept to completion.
You will work directly with clients, vendors, and our in-house design, fabrication, logistics, and operations teams, giving you hands-on exposure to the full event journey — from the first idea to the final onsite execution.

Take ownership of end-to-end event planning and execution, from concept to successful onsite delivery.
Develop event proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and operational plans to keep every event on track.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, venues, and our in-house teams to bring event concepts to life.
Coordinate venues, suppliers, equipment, manpower, logistics, setup, and teardown for seamless event delivery.
Lead project briefings and onsite execution, ensuring everyone is aligned and operations run smoothly.
Take charge onsite, solving last-minute challenges and delivering successful events from start to finish.
Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, roadshows, activations, or project coordination.
Experience handling corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, or product launches is an advantage.
Strong project coordination, organisation, and time-management skills.
Confident in client communication, presentations, and stakeholder management.
Resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects and tight timelines.
A strong team player who enjoys working across creative, production, and operations teams.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public Holidays when required for events.
