Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Senior Transitions Manager to lead complex client implementations and major operational changes from planning to stabilization. You will partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and other teams to establish the required systems, processes, and governance for successful launches.

The role emphasizes enterprise project management, transition planning, governance, launch management, and continuous improvement of transition frameworks across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level transitions and implementations.
• Strong governance, planning and risk-management skills.
• Proven client-facing and executive stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable transition frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transitions, migrations, and expansions from initiation through stabilization.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish governance, reporting, escalation, and accountability across workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and client stakeholders for successful launches.
• Manage launch readiness, hypercare, and post-launch stabilization.
• Improve transition methodologies and governance for future implementations.
