Qualifications

• 12–18 years of IT industry experience with enterprise transition leadership.
• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience transitioning application portfolios in MSP/ITO settings.
• Proven track record overseeing 200+ FTEs and 100+ applications across multi-geo models.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation, and AI-driven estimation during transitions.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models; governance adaptable to client maturity.
• Strong pre-sales exposure: RFP/RFI responses, SOW development, and client oral presentations.
• Deep knowledge across Application Development, Support, Data & Analytics, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and own transition solutions for complex outsourcing pursuits across multi-vendor environments.
• Define transition strategy, milestones, resource models, and success KPIs for RFP/RFI/SOW processes.
• Lead AI-powered transition design using GenAI for knowledge extraction and auto-doc generation.
• Manage end-to-end transitions of 100+ applications spanning microservices, APIs, ERP/CRM, and cloud workloads.
• Chair Transition Governance Forums and maintain a real-time transition dashboard for stakeholders.
• Oversee RAID management and drive risk resolution to protect timelines and quality.
• Ensure artifacts: SOPs, Runbooks, ADRs, and documentation are delivered on time.
