Job summary

Lalamove is hiring for an on-site Sales role in Parañaque. You will drive corporate acquisition, handle lead generation, and negotiate partnerships to grow our on‑demand delivery network.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales, strong CRM proficiency, and excellent communication. You will work on-site with occasional field activities, preparing quotations and delivering top-notch service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in telesales or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard corporate users; maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and meet monthly targets.
• Sell on-demand delivery solutions through outbound lead generation.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish partnerships with local partners.
• Prepare sales documents such as quotations, orders, invoices, packing lists, and delivery documents.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor internal processes and weekly reports.
