Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience with focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning for personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product adoption and usage of Maya Business products and its ecosystem through meaningful partnerships across key enterprise segments.
• Lead go-to-market planning from strategy, execution, to measurement of impact
• Drive and work with internal cross-functional teams to identify key market insights, trends, and opportunities for growth to develop strategic marketing plans
• Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to uncover valuable insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Define and position our fintech products and solutions for specific customer segments.
• Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns to engage and drive value for each target segment.
• Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analytics and tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations; you will help optimize marketing strategies.
