You will define the technical vision, build and scale platforms, and enable marketers to plan, execute, manage, and analyze co-marketing campaigns.

The role requires guiding a high-performing engineering team, delivering data-driven solutions, and partnering with Product, Design, and stakeholders to drive OKRs and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing software engineering teams and driving execution.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
• Hands-on programming with React, Swift, Java, Kotlin, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software engineering team responsible for building front-end and back-end systems for customer-facing products and services.
• Guide technical decisions and drive engineering best practices and processes.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering a productive team culture.
• Drive sprint execution and end-to-end feature development with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Own sprint planning, scope definition, and delivery commitments with Product Owners.
• Provide regular feedback and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Lead large-scale projects and define technical and product roadmaps.
• Ensure data collection and storage supports reporting and analytics.
