Job summary

NES Fircroft in the Philippines seeks a Sales and Business Development Manager to lead regional growth, expand market share, and drive revenue in aftermarket products and services across the Philippines.

You will develop sales strategies, manage a regional pipeline, build relationships with key customers and partners, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver commercial objectives, reporting to APAC VP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the energy sector.
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales targets, bookings, and revenue growth for the Philippines.
• Develop the Philippines sales and business development strategy with senior management.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry partners, and local representatives.
• Manage the regional sales pipeline and CRM to improve forecasting and conversion.
