The role demands strong CRM expertise, leadership, and deep BFSI sector knowledge. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and the local language, with engineering qualifications and proven ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language for the region.
• Deep domain knowledge across BFSI and understanding buying cycles.
• Proficient in CRM tools and customer expectations.
• Experience in CRM sales and strategic account management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Siebel, and Salesforce CRM systems.
• Engineering/technical qualification from a reputed college.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional/national sales strategies for the Philippines market.
• Execute business planning and related strategies for relevant markets.
• Drive new business growth via cold calling and market-focused delivery strategies.
