Job summary

OpenText in Makati City, Philippines, is hiring a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join the ER Centre of Excellence. This office-based role reports to the Senior Manager Employee Relations for India, APJ and MEA and will provide coaching, guidance and expertise on employee relations matters across the region.

You will lead investigations, develop training materials and templates, and collaborate with Legal and HR partners to ensure compliant practices across APJ and MEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 12+ years HR experience with emphasis in Employee Relations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to conduct neutrally and timely investigations.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Experience advising leaders and managing policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and evaluate ER team members.
• Consult with leaders on performance cases with objective feedback and documentation.
• Lead investigations, assemble investigation teams and recommend actions.
• Mediate conflicts and manage complex leave situations with HR stakeholders.
• Draft and improve policies and respond to changes in legal landscape.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR partners across APJ and MEA.
• Provide monthly/ quarterly reporting and data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to confidentiality and OpenText governance.
