OpenText in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join the ER Centre of Excellence. This office-based role will coach leaders, handle complex investigations, and develop policies and templates for enterprise-wide compliance and performance matters.

The role requires 12+ years in HR with strong Philippine Employment Law knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor and lead a global ER function across APJ and MEA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years HR experience with emphasis on Employee Relations.
• Ability to conduct investigations neutrally and timely.
• Strong understanding of Philippine Employment Law.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and guide Investigation managers on processes.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate ER team members.
• Consult with Leaders on performance cases and document outcomes.
• Develop training, templates, and policies for the ER Centre of Excellence.
• Prepare monthly & quarterly reporting on ER matters and ensure confidentiality.
