Job summary

Lennor Metier seeks an experienced Head of Employee Relations to lead the ER function in a manufacturing environment in Cavite, Philippines. You will resolve complex employee concerns, oversee investigations, and ensure due process and regulatory compliance under the Philippine Labor Code.

You will develop policies, lead risk mitigation, train the ER team, report to management, and partner with HR, Legal, and Operations to align workforce practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with 7+ in ER/labor relations.
• Experience in manufacturing or complex industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Employee Relations function, ensuring fair resolutions.
• Guide on complex ER matters, ensuring due process and labor law compliance.
• Develop policies, handbook, disciplinary guidelines, and code of conduct.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and operations on employee matters.
• Lead ER team, set performance standards, and oversee governance.
• Prepare ER reports and risk assessments for management.
