Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end Employee Relations cases and drive engagement programs in a dynamic Philippine workplace.

The role requires experience in ER and engagement, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgment. You’ll work with leaders across the organization to enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management, or related field.
• At least 2+ years of relevant HR experience; ER and engagement experience a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process, and employee discipline.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters with sound judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle ER documentation, including NTEs, admin hearings, NODs, case records, and reports, and ensure timely case monitoring.
• Develop and implement Employee Engagement programs and activities that strengthen employee connection, participation, and workplace culture.
• Manage engagement initiatives, including employee communications, surveys, recognition, and other culture-building activities.
• Monitor ER and engagement data and provide reports and insights to support appropriate action and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders and employees on ER and engagement concerns and initiatives.
