Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking an HR professional to oversee employee relations, policy implementation, and welfare programs. The role focuses on resolving issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead new employee orientations, monitor performance and training needs, and support recruitment operations while building strong networks with local institutions.

• Knowledge in Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Knowledge in Performance Management.
• Can handle events management.
• Document handling and monitoring.
• Knowledge in Computer Operations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Networks with Local entities.
• Effective training and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Psychology, Human Resource or related.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement company rules to ensure employee welfare.
• Facilitate employee relations and resolve HR issues.
• Encourage and train employees to maximize output through orientations.
• Review disciplinary actions with HR Head and provide reports.
• Establish rapport with universities, government agencies, and associations for employee development.
• Conduct project visits and address employee concerns/grievances (Kumustahan).
• Supervise in-house training programs.
• Communicate with public services or statutory entities as needed.
• Monitor separations, resignations, and conduct exit interviews.
• Handle minor labor cases and monitor company labor issues.
• Prepare reports on staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance.
• Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating the database.
• Performs other HR duties as assigned.
