Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a senior Merchandising and Commercial Planning leader to drive category strategy, optimize product listings, and manage pricing and promotions across online channels.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, own merchandising plans, and translate analytics into actionable actions for content, pricing, and inventory, with a track record of delivering results in eCommerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science and Analytics or related field.
• Preferably 10+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce Platforms.
• Proven experience in demand planning, merchandising, category management, buying, inventory planning, or related retail functions, with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ownership of merchandising plans and hands-on execution across online stores or marketplace channels.
• Proven ability to turn commercial analysis into product, content, pricing, and promotional actions.
