Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an Associate Brand/Merchandise Manager to drive financial, marketing and promotional plans to hit sales goals across its brand portfolio. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement the plans, ensuring profitability and margin growth for the brands/categories.

This role also acts as the main liaison between principals and the organization, with strong emphasis on strategic merchandising insights and leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant experience in merchandise management in retail.
• Background in Beauty preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and math abilities.
• Advanced Excel and budgeting/forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate financial, marketing and promotional plans to meet sales objectives.
• Ensure profitability, continued sales and margin growth of brands/categories.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to implement plans.
