Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Multi-Store Manager to drive sales performance, lead a team of Store Managers and Promoters, and ensure retail excellence across all assigned stores across the Philippines.

You will oversee operations, lead generation via CRM, and coordinate launches and after-sales service, with a focus on customer experience and data-driven improvements. Based in the Philippines, the role requires strong leadership and hands-on coaching to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or multi-store operations.
• Experience managing multiple retail stores and sales teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Odoo CRM/ERP, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across multiple stores and ensure targets are met.
• Lead Store Managers and Promoters with coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, inventory, and assets.
• Monitor lead management via Odoo and ensure follow-ups.
• Analyze sales KPIs and report results to inform actions.
• Coordinate site surveys, installations, and after-sales service.
• Support launches of new products and promotions.
