Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, category management, or related retail functions with leadership.
• Experience in merchandising, assortment planning, forecasting, inventory management, or eCommerce operations.
• Experience managing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial judgment, problem-solving, and data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
