Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of credit and collection representatives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
• Drive team productivity and optimize costs.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory requirements (APEs, training, courses).
• Handle and resolve escalated calls as needed.
• Ensure discipline and observance of EDP within the department.
• Assist with other EC management tasks.
