Home Credit Philippines is seeking a capable leader to oversee early collections calling, monitor and drive targets, and implement strategies to improve collection of outstanding credit. You will supervise and coach a team of collection representatives, conduct performance evaluations, and develop training programs to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using financial analysis tools or software.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of credit and collection representatives to meet performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to boost team skills.
• Drive team productivity to optimize costs and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements (APEs, trainings, courses).
• Handle escalated calls and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain discipline and adherence to EDP within the department.
• Assist with other EC management tasks as needed.
