Job summary

SimCorp Manila is seeking a Senior E-learning Content Developer to transform instructional designs into polished e-learning experiences for global financial clients. You will work with Training Content Owners and Instructional Designers to produce interactive modules using Storyline, Captivate, and Vyond.

The role requires a solid eye for visual design, strong collaboration, and the ability to produce content from storyboards and briefs with high production quality.

Qualifications

• Experience creating e-learning content using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Ability to interpret storyboards, scripts, and briefs to produce engaging modules.
• Attention to detail, production quality, and accessibility considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and produce e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
• Develop multimedia assets including animations and interactive exercises.
• Collaborate with Training Content Owners and Instructional Designers to translate briefs into modules.
• Ensure content meets quality, accessibility, and technical standards.
• Support review cycles and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Stay current with e-learning tools and technologies.
