Job summary

SimCorp Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Lead Content Owner to design and maintain high-quality training content for investment accounting (ABOR). You will transform complex workflows into practical learning experiences and collaborate with SMEs and product teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with investment accounting concepts and fund administration workflows.
• Ability to translate complex accounting concepts into structured learning content.
• Interest in instructional design and digital learning; training provided if needed.
• High attention to detail with emphasis on quality.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Coordination with multiple teams in a dynamic, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve e-learning content within the ABOR domain.
• Translate real accounting processes into structured learning journeys and practical exercises.
• Configure training environments to support hands-on learning experiences.
