Job summary

Careernet is seeking a Senior Instructional Design and Learning Experience Developer to craft engaging learning experiences for digital transformation and enterprise systems. You will design, develop, and publish eLearning modules, simulations, videos, and job aids for diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and quality.

You will collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and change managers to measure impact and adoption of learning initiatives, while maintaining timelines and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Create, test, and publish eLearning modules and simulations.
• Translate complex tech content into learner-centered materials.
• Ensure materials meet accessibility and QA standards.
• Coordinate reviews and feedback with SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis with project teams and SMEs.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, outlines, and assessments.
• Create interactive courses and multimedia assets (screens, narrations, knowledge checks).
• Package and publish content in Cornerstone or other LMS platforms.
• Prepare facilitator guides, learner guides, and quick-reference materials.
• Coordinate reviews, manage versions, and ensure content governance.
