Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking an E-learning Content Creator to design and develop modular, learner-centric content for bancassurance and agency distribution channels. You will transform requirements into interactive digital learning flows, integrating gamification and assessments for self-paced and blended delivery.

The role requires independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of end-to-end module lifecycle management within the Digital Learning Team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Insurance training, Instructional design, or Digital learning production/coordination.
• Expertise in authoring tools such as Adobe Articulate, Storyline and Rise for assembling content.
• Proficiency in static and motion graphics using Adobe CC, Canva, Vimeo.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End E-Learning Content Development: design, storyboard, script, and develop interactive modules.
• Multimedia Production: create videos, simulations, e-books, infographics, and game-based courses.
