Job summary

Rainforest is seeking an experienced e-commerce specialist to mentor and operate across Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms. You will independently manage routine and moderately complex issues while aligning with Brand Managers on strategy, health checks, and listings. Expect cross-timezone collaboration and a data-driven, audit-ready approach.

You will own daily health checks, policy adherence, and listing management, with emphasis on independent judgement and proactive escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in e-commerce with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity within cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Solutions-driven with judgment on escalation vs independent action.

Responsibilities

• Support Brand Managers across Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms with autonomy.
• Lead daily account health checks and resolve policy warnings, inventory issues.
• Oversee product compliance tasks and maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage full listing lifecycle including templates and variations.
• Handle customer service escalations and propose corrective actions with Brand Manager sign-off.
• Lead monthly product return analysis and present insights to Brand Manager.
• Stay ahead of policy changes and flag risks with recommended actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather assets for listings and storefront updates.
