Job summary

Whogivesacrap is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to own the end-to-end digital journey across global markets (AU, US, UK, EU, CA) and architect automation to scale the storefront. You’ll lead strategic merchandising, optimize conversion, run on-site experiments, and build governance for repeatable templates in a remote-first, high-growth setup.

Collaborate with Growth, Creative and Brand teams in a culture of trust, delivery and impact as we push for meaningful environmental change

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience in large, systemised e-commerce environments.
• Deep experience in global markets (multi-currency/regions).
• Proven track record of driving conversion growth via on-site optimization.
• Strong technical literacy: HTML/CSS, SEO, AI automation, A/B testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic merchandising and roadmap ownership for global Shopify sites.
• Architect high-converting landing pages and optimize the conversion funnel.
• Lead on-site experiments; analyze tests on navigation and checkout copy.
• Establish QA standards and reusable templates for fast delivery.
• Design AI-driven workflows to shorten campaign idea-to-live time.
• Monitor CVR, AOV, bounce rates to diagnose and pivot campaigns.
