Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to own the end-to-end digital journey across global markets. You’ll architect automation, manage Shopify storefronts, and drive high-converting experiences with strong brand storytelling.

You’ll partner with Growth, Creative and Brand teams in a remote-first setup, owning CMS architecture, on-site experiments, and governance to scale with minimal manual effort while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify (Plus preferred) and CMS governance.
• Strong HTML/CSS literacy and SEO awareness.
• Proven track record on on-site optimization and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global site content deployment and CMS architecture for Shopify across regions.
• Architect high-performing landing pages and optimize the CRO funnel.
• Drive on-site A/B tests and analyze results with data-backed insights.
• Establish QA standards and repeatable templates for scalable workflows.
• Design AI-driven workflows to shorten idea-to-live time for campaigns.
• Monitor CVR, AOV, and bounce rates to pivot underperforming campaigns.
