Job summary

Suncoast Brands International Corporation is seeking an Ecommerce Supervisor to oversee day-to-day online operations and production workflow of the ecommerce platform. The role ensures product listings, order fulfillment, content updates, and site operations run smoothly while supervising a team of specialists.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams, monitor listing accuracy, SEO, and compliance with policies, and prepare regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years in ecommerce operations, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with OMS/IMS/CMS.
• Knowledge of product listing standards and SEO basics.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor ecommerce operations staff.
• Assign daily tasks, set performance targets, and monitor team productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing from receipt to fulfillment.
• Monitor uptime, product availability, pricing, and promotional accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Supervise creation, upload, and maintenance of product listings across platforms.
• Ensure content quality and brand consistency; adherence to SEO practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
