Job summary

Great Deals E-Commerce Corporation is seeking an organized Associate to own onboarding for new workflows, tools, and processes for its ecommerce platforms. You will train and onboard associates, ensure smooth offboarding, and drive accurate shop maintenance, price listings, and campaign readiness.

The role emphasizes building internal tools to boost efficiency, collaborating across departments, maintaining compliance, and applying strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business-related field.
• 6–12 months of supply chain or e-commerce experience.
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics and promo enrollment.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding process for new workflows, automation tools, and processes.
• Coordinate rollout including pilot testing, documentation, training, and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage product uploads and catalogue updates via OMS and seller centers.
• Execute price changes accurately and within timelines.
• Handle promo enrollment and product uploads.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of shops with cross-department coordination.
• Develop tools to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
