YANG MING SHIPPING PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Documentation Senior Specialist in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role leads the documentation team and oversees import/export documentation, manifests, and delivery orders to ensure compliance with international maritime regulations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and substantial experience in shipping or freight logistics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Preferably extensive experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or customs documentation.
• Experience in Import/Export documentation and manifest processing is highly preferred.
• Previous senior or supervisory documentation experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Import and Export Documentation.
• Prepare, monitor, and submit Import and Export Manifests.
• Process Export and Import BL correction advice and related documents.
• Prepare and submit Inward/Outward Foreign Manifest hard copies.
• Issue Delivery Orders compliantly, including auctions/condemned units.
• Monitor long idle units and coordinate follow-ups.
• Resolve documentation concerns across Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
• Ensure compliance with Customs regulations and company procedures.
• Supervise and support the Documentation Team.
