Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support offshore and construction projects for an Australian client. The role is approximately 80% document control and 20% project administration, with essential experience in oil and gas, offshore, mining, marine, EPC, fabrication, or major construction projects.

The position is full-time onsite in Arcovia, Pasig City, with Monday to Friday morning shift, offering competitive salary, annual bonuses, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of document control experience in oil and gas, offshore, mining, marine, EPC, fabrication, or major construction projects.
• Exposure to Australian or international clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing technical, engineering, contractual, and project documents with accurate numbering, indexing, filing, distribution, and updates.
• Maintain document registers, drawing logs, transmittals, revision histories, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate document submissions and distribution among clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor outstanding submissions, approvals, comments, and revisions; conduct regular audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Support project close-out and handover documentation (minutes, reports, action registers, correspondence).
