Zusammenfassung

Outsourced is seeking a Mid-Level Documenter to produce technical documentation and Revit drawings for Australian construction projects. You will setup projects in Revit, assemble construction packs and final As-Builts, and review your work before QA.

You will work under a Senior Documenter or BIM Manager and progressively take ownership while applying NCC standards. This is a permanent homebased role with equipment provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a technical documentation role within the construction, building or related industry.
• Working proficiency in Revit and the ability to produce technical drawings and documentation.
• Understanding of construction documentation processes, including construction packs and As-Built documentation.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Ability to interpret instructions and translate them into clear, buildable technical documentation.
• Willingness to learn and apply relevant construction standards, documentation procedures and QA feedback.
• Good communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Support documentation requirements across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are completed to the required standards and timelines.
• Contribute to all stages of the documentation lifecycle, including project setup, construction pack preparation and final As-Built documentation.
• Ensure drawings communicate design intent, buildability and technical details clearly.
• Review and check your own documentation for accuracy and completeness before submitting it for quality assurance (QA) review.
• Revise drawings and documentation in response to QA feedback and review comments.
• Ensure updates are accurately incorporated and documentation remains consistent throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply relevant construction documentation standards and develop an understanding of Australian construction requirements, including the NCC and applicable Australian Standards.
• Work under the guidance of a Senior Documenter or BIM Manager while progressively taking greater ownership of assigned documentation tasks.
• Communicate clearly with relevant team members to clarify instructions, resolve documentation issues and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.

About The Role

A Mid-Level Documenter who is responsible for producing technical documentation as directed by the design excellence coordinator. This role supports the sufficient documentation of multiple projects as required and has an expanding understanding of construction standards (NCC in Australia and our Australian Standards), buildability and detail communication through drawings. The are involved in all stages of documentation from setting up projects in Revit, throughout the construction pack creation to finalising As Builts. A Mid-Level Documenter reviews their own documents before issuing sets for QA review by others. They are responsible for revising documents following QA checks and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Documentation

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

• Monday to Friday (5AM-2PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Candidate's are expected to have a conducive (quiet, distraction-free) dedicated workspace
• Equipment will be provided by the company
• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
