MicroSourcing International seeks a Document Controller to manage project drawings, specs, and procedures in a DMS. You will maintain structured digital files and respond to document requests from staff, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring QA compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on DMS experience required.
• Clear articulation of document control workflows (transmittals, revisions, numbering).
• Exposure to Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Piping/Electrical docs.
• Advanced MS Excel and metadata management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Control, register, and distribute project drawings, specifications, plans, and procedures.
• Organize and maintain structured digital files in a DMS.
• Respond to document requests from staff, clients, and subcontractors.
• Perform QA checks to ensure ISO/customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve document discrepancies; track corrective actions.
• Provide admin support and generate status reports for delivery deadlines.
