Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years in Production Support, Application Operations, Cloud Operations, or SRE roles.
• Strong experience with distributed applications in Production environments.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS, CloudWatch).
• Proficient in SQL and database troubleshooting; Windows and Linux admin.
• Java and/or .NET application support; enterprise batch scheduling tools.
• Proficient scripting in Bash/PowerShell; automation in Python or AWS native services.
• Experience with ETL workflows, data pipelines, file transfers, batch processing.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools; ITIL Incident/Problem/Change.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support and root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Respond to high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and ensure quick restoration of service.
• Support nightly batch operations and manage scheduled and ad-hoc jobs.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical changes.
• Participate in change reviews and promote continuous service improvement.
• Drive proactive incident prevention and post-incident reviews.
