Gratitude Philippines is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer to design, develop, and manage scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise initiatives in Manila. You will build custom modules, workflows, scripts, and business rules while ensuring performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with project managers and analysts, participate in Agile sprints, maintain thorough technical documentation, and uphold security and ITIL standards while driving automation and process

Qualifications

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and managing platform solutions that support enterprise initiatives such as Empower@ADB. This role focuses on building scalable ServiceNow applications, integrating with existing systems and third-party platforms, and ensuring high system performance and reliability. The developer also identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves technical issues, escalating when necessary.

Key responsibilities include designing and customizing ServiceNow modules, developing workflows, scripts, forms, and business rules, and enhancing overall user experience.
