Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design and implement scalable solutions. You will build complex workflows, scripts, and integrations to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical designs, and contribute to ongoing improvements and compliance with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, especially AppEngine and integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow apps with good UX and business alignment.
• Strong skills in complex custom apps, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous delivery.

Job description

Role Summary:

• Responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of ServiceNow, including integration with existing applications and third-party solutions, that support the Empower@ADB initiative.
• This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed.
• Additionally, She/he will assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions.
• She/he will work closely with the Project Manager/ Team/Platform Lead and reports to the designated senior International Staff and/or senior National staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on AppEngine and integration protocols.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, enhancing user experience, and aligning solutions with business requirements.
• Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced workflows, forms, and integrations to address unique organizational needs.
• Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, ensuring efficient development cycles and continuous delivery.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge with the capacity to:

• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable solutions.

• Organize and structure taxonomies, knowledge bases, record producers, and self-service portals to enhance user accessibility and experience.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in release and iteration planning meetings with the development team and other key stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
• Contribute to solution design and lead the development and testing phases, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.
• Support production releases and actively monitor the delivery of applications, ensuring smooth deployment and operations.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Design Specifications: High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security and Governance: Security License to Operate (SLTO), Solution Deployment Plan.
• Monitor platform compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring all solutions adhere to organizational and legal standards
• Continuous Improvement and Compliance:
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and automation.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with ITIL practices, organizational policies, and industry standards for security, compliance, and governance.
