• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years in investment operations, derivatives operations, securities operations, or similar.
• Investigate operational exceptions and coordinate issues through resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and controls.
• Ability to prioritise multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, derivative platforms, collateral systems and market data providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-trade lifecycle for OTC, cleared and exchange-traded derivatives.
• Perform trade processing: validation, allocation, matching, confirmation, and exception resolution.
• Execute and monitor cash, trade and collateral settlements; resolve discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliations of position, transaction, and cash; investigate breaks.
• Manage collateral and margin activities, including margin calls and substitutions.
• Collaborate with Front Office, custodians, brokers, and Tech to resolve issues.
• Complete controls, reporting, documentation and audit support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiency.
• Develop knowledge across Derivatives Operations for cross-functional coverage.
