Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an FM Derivatives Operations Analyst/Specialist to join the Derivatives Circle and ensure accurate, timely processing of a broad range of Financial Markets Derivatives products, including interest rate, equity, commodity, and listed derivatives.

You will manage the trade lifecycle, validate confirmations, resolve discrepancies, and support risk reduction through strong controls and governance, collaborating with global stakeholders across ING's Financial Markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant experience within banking, financial markets operations, trade processing, or derivatives operations.
• Experience working in complex operational environments with global stakeholders is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process trade lifecycle transactions
• Match and validate trade confirmations
• Investigate unmatched confirmations and resolve trade discrepancies
• Monitor and manage stuck trades
• Affirm and confirm trade details with clients and counterparties
• Raise, investigate, and resolve settlement breaks and exceptions
• Perform reconciliations across internal and external systems
• Ensure trades are processed accurately and within established timelines
• Support risk reduction through effective control and operational oversight
