Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in investment operations or asset servicing.
• Strong knowledge of securities processing and corporate actions.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for complex trade, corporate action, and exception issues.
• Coordinate with clients, custodians, fund managers, and proxy vendors to ensure timely elections and entitlements.
• Oversee verification and processing of corporate actions, cash, and securities transactions across systems.
• Review and resolve reconciliation discrepancies with appropriate adjustments.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior analysts through training.
• Develop and maintain reference materials and workflows.
• Represent the team in service calls and cross-functional forums.
• Maintain knowledge of securities markets, regulatory developments, and best practices.
