Job summary

Amundi is seeking an experienced Middle/Back-Office professional in Hinoba-an, Philippines, to manage trade processing for OTC derivatives including IRS, swaptions and related products. You will perform lifecycle management, reconciliations, and collateral activities while ensuring data quality and regulatory readiness.

The role requires 7–8 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/VBA skills, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

6–10 years of relevant middle/back-office experience.
Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, especially swaps.
Experience with trade processing, confirmations and settlement workflows.
Experience with reconciliations of trades, cash and positions.
Independent and proactive with ability to multi-task under pressure and solve problems.
Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong technical skills in Excel; VBA macros and AI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

Process OTC derivative trades from execution through confirmation and settlement.
Perform daily matching/pre-matching and resolve discrepancies with counterparties.
Ensure accurate trade capture, booking, matching, and confirmation of trades.
Monitor trades throughout their lifecycle and oversee related cashflows.
Manage collateral, margin activities, and related settlements.
Validate operations and models in internal tools, ensuring data quality and controls.
Maintain records and audit trails for all processed trades and support regulatory filings.
Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections.
