Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation, Manila-based, seeks a Derivatives Operations Senior Analyst to develop proficiency across the post-trade lifecycle, including OTC, cleared and exchange-traded derivatives. You may rotate across processes and conduct cross-training to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience in investment/derivatives operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and operational controls.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end post-trade lifecycle for OTC, cleared and exchange-traded derivatives.
• Perform trade processing including validation, allocation, matching, confirmation and exception resolution.
• Execute and monitor cash, trade and collateral settlements and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliations of position, transaction and cash and investigate breaks.
• Manage collateral and margin activities including calls and movements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, custodians, clearing brokers and tech teams to resolve issues.
• Complete operational controls, reporting and audit support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Develop knowledge across functions for cross-functional coverage and resilience.
