Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead Sr Manager in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower for a return-to-office setup. You will oversee staff delivering reviews of medical claims, ensuring compliance with policies and member contracts, and coordinate with operation managers to drive performance.

The role requires extensive experience in service delivery, leadership and the ability to manage client relationships, with shift patterns and overall project coordination across a large function.

• <12+ years of relevant experience in Service Delivery
• 10+ years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Work with Operation Managers & Leads to make independent decisions affecting area of responsibility
• Accountable for results of work to Accenture and clients
• Plan medium-term objectives and develop new procedures
• Lead discussions and provide solutions for complex business problems
• Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints
• Self-directed within broad goals and strategic direction
• Develop and manage key client relationships across spheres of influence
• Participate in business development opportunities as appropriate
• Act as stand-in for immediate manager on operational direction of complex projects
• Ensure client satisfaction against SLAs and milestones
