Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Delivery Lead Senior Manager for a Hybrid role. You will lead service delivery across one or more client portfolios, build strong client relationships with the Account Leadership team, and drive delivery strategy to meet targets and SLAs.

You will oversee staffing, engagement, and performance improvement initiatives while supporting sales opportunities and coordinating risk mitigation across teams and projects.

Qualifications

• Standard SDL Profile.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships with the Client Account Leadership team.
• Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to meet project targets and SLAs.
• Manage people engagement, recruiting, and staffing to optimize delivery targets.
• Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution using Accenture’s capabilities.
• Coordinate risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and projects.
