Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Mobilization Senior Manager to lead design, management, and implementation of Service Transition programs ensuring seamless outsourcing and delivery solutions.

You will collaborate with Client and Service Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams, driving risk management, cost estimation, and high-quality transition deliverables across initiatives in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years industry experience.
• Minimum 8 years leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years PMO experience.
• Open to any industry.
• Nice to have: Transition experience and exposure to Financial Services, HR, AI services or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-quality response materials with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams.
• Provide accurate cost estimations and develop comprehensive work plans for workstreams.
• Oversee mobilization architecture, resource transitions and onboarding alignment.
• Participate in due diligence and service transition activities, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess concepts, alternatives, and options.
• Lead Transition workstreams to ensure delivery aligns with program objectives.
• Define and implement components of Service Transition programs leveraging standard solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Mobilization methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Define and assess detailed costs and benefits of solutions and workstreams.
• Manage internal and external client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Lead detailed design of at least one workstream component and ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide peer reviews to service transition activities to guarantee quality.
