• Improve client and customer relationships with leadership.
• Plan, deliver and execute project(s) and program(s).
• Ensure delivery work across clients/portfolios and lead service delivery strategy.
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement.
• Implement standard SLA commitments and other metrics.
• Manage recruiting, staffing and capacity of service delivery staff to optimize costs and delivery targets.
