Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) is seeking a Reporting Analyst for the CMG team in Taguig, Philippines. You will collect, organize, and analyze data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders make informed decisions.

You will work with Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and collaborate with other departments and the Operations Director to translate insights into actionable business decisions. Experience with Workfront, Mendix, or Monday.com is a plus.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Data Collection & Organization: Gathering data from databases, spreadsheets, and software systems, and then organizing and cleaning it for accuracy.
Data Analysis: Using analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data.
Report Creation: Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations (charts and graphs) to present complex data clearly.
Decision Support: Translating data findings into actionable insights for organizational decision-making and performance tracking.
Collaboration: Working with data professionals, other departments, and upper management to understand data needs and implement solutions.
Automation: Developing tools to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
