Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) is seeking a Reporting Analyst for the CMG team in Taguig, Philippines. You will collect, organize, and analyze data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders make informed decisions.

You will work with Excel, SQL, and Power BI, and collaborate with other departments and the Operations Director to translate insights into actionable business decisions. Experience with Workfront, Mendix, or Monday.com is a plus.

• Report Creation: Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations (charts and graphs) to present complex data clearly.
• Decision Support: Translating data findings into actionable insights for organizational decision-making and performance tracking.
• Collaboration: Working with data professionals, other departments, and upper management to understand data needs and implement solutions.

A Reporting Analyst collects, organizes, and analyzes data to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that helps CMG team make informed business decisions. Their responsibilities include identifying data trends, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with other departments, and communicating insights to stakeholders. Key skills for this role include proficiency in data analysis tools (like Excel, SQL, and Power BI), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. He will work directly with the Operations Director and work closely with JLL's CMG stakeholders. Previous experience in using valuation and workflow database management system such as Workfront, Mendix, and Monday.com is an advantage.
