Qualifications

• Experience in helpdesk service delivery.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Graduate of Business IT or BS Information Technology/Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets.
• Initiate discovery on new features and platform efficiencies.
• Test and resolve account configurations and issues.
• Research features, diagnose problems, and identify solutions.
• Provide technical configuration support to users and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Data Governance policies.
• Manage risk, incidents, and escalation for services.
• Assist governance and resolution of platform processes.
• Audit data and remediate findings as required.
• Complete activities within SLA for platform rollout.
• Document knowledge via guides and process maps.
• Analyze database changes and impact on the business.
• Ensure data security and database efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams on database updates.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly; pursue professional development.
