Job summary

Unisys is seeking a capable supervisor to monitor attendance and KPIs, and to evaluate personnel performance on-site in the Philippines. You will lead civil registry associates, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely reporting, while coordinating escalations with the Regional Operations Lead.

The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2+ years of team leadership, with strong communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
