Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator to support people operations from candidate sourcing through onboarding, ensuring accurate staff records and timely issue resolution. The role coordinates with leadership and multiple teams to keep work visible and aligned with program goals.

The incumbent will manage onboarding logistics, training needs, and incident reporting, while maintaining documentation and IMS processes.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating staff onboarding and recruitment workflows.
Ability to manage incident reporting and KPI tracking.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Attention to records and IMS compliance.
Able to coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Follow up with the recruitment team to source and track candidates through the hiring pipeline.
Coordinate onboarding logistics and requirements for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Coordinate and manage onsite training requirements and needs based on business requirements.
Manage and maintain accurate staff information records in line with business requirements.
Regularly check in with different stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and any issues affecting their work.
Monitor KPI and SLA performance relevant to the role and support timely corrective action where service or delivery outcomes are at risk.
