Job summary

Unisys is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist and handle public inquiries on civil registry documents such as birth certificates and marriage contracts, and to perform data entry and administrative tasks in frontline or backend operations. You will transcribe and verify data into a database, prepare weekly reports, and collaborate with colleagues.

Open to relocation anywhere in the Philippines; 1–3 years of customer service/data entry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service and data entry preferred.
• Typing speed and accuracy essential.
• Basic computer operation skills required.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist and handle public inquiries on civil registry documents such as birth certificates, marriage contracts and other important documents.
• Perform administrative tasks for frontline or backend operations including responding to customer inquiries and data encoding.
• Operate a data entry terminal or computer to transcribe and verify data for entry into a database.
• May be tasked to provide weekly reports.
